Hi, I’m Amanda Schulze, founder of Bizzy Group, woman in STEM, and longtime operator in the creator economy.

I’ve spent the last 10+ years at the intersection of culture, content, and technology—working with companies like Airbnb, Change.org, and Microsoft, before launching the creator tech platform Palm (@joinpalm) in 2017. Through Palm, I helped thousands of creators secure partnerships with brands like TikTok, Dieux, Isle of Paradise, BYOMA, Hero Cosmetics, and more.

Bizzy is the boutique talent management agency I built to go deeper, to support creators who are already in demand and need a strategic partner to scale their business and protect their time. We have relationships with over 1,500 brands and agencies, and are happy to highlight our creators to our network.

We’re not for everyone, and that’s by design. We specialize in working with:
